We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Values@VET project training session held in Bombarral, Portugal, from June 3rd to June 6th, 2024. This event gathered enthusiastic participants dedicated to advancing vocational education and training.

  • Project Introduction: Participants gained awareness of the Values@VET project’s rationale, aims, and objectives.
  • EU Values Discussion: Engaged in meaningful discussions with EU deputies about the historical context and challenges of implementing EU values.
  • Personal Values Workshops: Explored and reflected on personal values, understanding their correlation with team dynamics through interactive activities.
  • Cultural Insights: Delved into the concept of culture and its development at individual, organizational, and societal levels.
  • Norms and Habits: Discussed existing group norms, habits, and their impact on behavior, reaching consensus on changing norms where necessary.
  • Moral and Ethical Growth: Engaged in workshops on moral development and managing moral dilemmas, creating action plans to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Behavioral Change: Studied models and mechanisms of behavioral change, participating in evaluation and reflection sessions to consolidate learning outcomes.

Additional Activities

  • Visits to local sites, including the Town Hall and Peniche coast.
  • Social events such as wine tasting and farewell dinner, fostering camaraderie among participants.
